What is the security deposit for this suite?

2.5 Lakhs non negotiable.

What are the other additional monthly costs associated with suite which a tenant must pay?

The current maintenance is Rs 5602 per month, apart from that expect bills for Internet, electricity, replacement and maintenance of the water purifier filter, washing machine and dryer once in 6 months, which will be divided equally among the three suites in the apartment. Also be mindful of replenishing the detergent pods, ensure using the same brand as prescribed for the dishwasher, washing machine and multi surface cleaning solution to be used for the smart robot mopper, the smart robot vacumme cleaner would need dust collector replacements once in a few weeks, samples will be provided for a month long use.

How much does it cost?

Base rent is Rs 35,000 per month for this suite.

Is serviced Suite facility available?

Unfortunately, we don't do not offer serviced suite facilities, there is automated robot vaccum cleaner and mopper which sweeps the entire house every day.

Will we get the deposit back at the end of the rental period?

Yes offcourse, please note that every suite is provided with a fresh coat of paint, wallpapers, new filter for the water purifier and a fresh LPG Cylinder & deep cleaning of the common area, kitchen, utility area, balcony, suite and the dedicated washrooms, hence expect deduction from deposit for paint, wallpaper, deep cleaning and other items as mentioned above.

In addition to that, If there is damage to the wood work, furniture, electronics, floor or any kind of water damage , please expect deductions for the replacement of the damaged area or missing items from the deposit.

If case of damages to elements/area or items go missing in the common area, they will be divided among the three suites and deducted accordingly.

Full list of items in suite and the common areas will be part of the contract along with the prices associated with them for your reference so that you can make an informed decision.

How can we reserve a suite?

Post appointment meetings, we will help convene a site visit and meeting with the other potential tenants so that you can meet and get acquainted with other tenants, before paying the deposit via bank cheque to reserve your executive suite.

How many people can a suite accomodate?

Single occupancy only.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets !! but since damages by pets is difficult to account, adjust and accommodate within the current security deposit. At present no pets are allowed on the premises.

Things you would need to purchase for your suite?

Since every persons requirement for lumbar support for the desk chair, mattress and pillows is different, you will need to bring your own or you may reach out to our partners to lease a mattress & ergonomic chair for the duration of your stay.
