EXPECTED COSTS

Security Deposit

3 Lakhs non negotiable.

Monthly Base Rent

Base rent is Rs 40000/month for this suite, however for the first year the rent would be at a launch price of Rs 35000/month

Expect Costs for appliance use top ups

• Smart Robot Mopper ( Dreame L10s Ultra ) : Dreame Multi-surface cleaning solution : replacement required usually once in 2-3 months

• Smart Robot Vacumm Cleaner ( Dreame L10s Ultra ) : Dust bag replacements : usually once in 15-60 days, depending on usage.

• Dishwasher & Washing Machine : Be mindful of replenishing the Washing machine detergent pods, Dishwasher Tablets ensure use of the same brand as prescribed.

Samples will be provided for a month long use.

Monthly Bills

The Monthly bills will be divided equaly among the 3 suites in the appartment.

• Building Maintenance : Rs 5602 / among 3 suites.

• Electricity : as per usage

• Internet ( Wi-fi ) : as per the bandwidth the tenents need & the plans available form local vendors.

Yearly Applicance maintenance?

• Water purifier filter change/maintenance : Every 6 months.

• Washing machine maintenance : Every 6 months.

• Dryer machine maintenance : Every 6 months.

• Dishwasher machine maintenance : Every 6 months.

The charges would be as per the brand specific maintenence charges, shared by 3 suites in the appartment.

THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE SUITE

Is serviced Suite facility available?

Unfortunately, we do not offer serviced suite facilities, there is automated robot vaccum cleaner and mopper which sweeps the entire house every day and can be summoned on command for your specific room by voice or the app.

Will we get the deposit back at the end of the rental period?

Yes ofcourse, please note that every suite is provided with a fresh coat of paint, wallpapers, new filter for the water purifier and a fresh LPG Cylinder & deep cleaning of the common area, kitchen, utility area, balcony, suite and the dedicated washrooms, hence expect deduction from deposit for paint, wallpaper, deep cleaning and other items as mentioned above.

In addition to that, If there is damage to the wood work, furniture, electronics, floor or any kind of water damage , please expect deductions for the replacement of the damaged area or missing items from the deposit.

If case of damages to elements/area or items go missing in the common area, they will be divided among the three suites and deducted accordingly.

Full list of items in suite and the common areas will be part of the contract along with the prices associated with them for your reference so that you can make an informed decision.

How can we contact you?

Every suite on the website has its own specific appointment form, kindly submit your request for face to face teams call appointment.

How can we reserve a suite?

Post appointment meetings, we will help convene a site visit and meeting with the other potential tenants so that you can meet and get acquainted with other tenants, before paying the deposit via bank cheque to reserve your executive suite.

How many people can a suite accomodate?

Single occupancy only.

Are pets allowed?

We love pets !! but since damages by pets is difficult to account, adjust and accommodate within the current security deposit. At present no pets are allowed on the premises.

Things you would need to purchase for your suite?

Since every persons requirement for lumbar support for the desk chair, mattress and pillows is different, you will need to bring your own or you may reach out to our partners to lease a mattress & ergonomic chair for the duration of your stay.
